Kristi Blankenburg, a proud El Paso native and first-generation college graduate, has always been driven by a passion for science, lifelong learning, and helping others. This unwavering dedication naturally led her to a fulfilling career in healthcare.

Inspired by her own struggles with eczema and its impact on quality of life, Kristi chose to specialize in Allergy and Immunology to help others overcome similar challenges and improve their well-being through personalized care.

Kristi’s academic excellence earned her top honors at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where she completed her Physician Assistant studies in 2021. She has since focused her career on delivering innovative care in Allergy and Immunology, combining her scientific expertise with a patient-centered approach. As an active member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and the Texas Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology Society, Kristi stays at the forefront of her field.

Dedicated to lifelong learning, she continually pursues the latest research and treatment advancements to ensure her patients receive the highest standard of care. Her goal is to provide tailored solutions that address each patient’s unique needs and enhance their quality of life.

Outside of work, Kristi is an avid traveler who loves exploring the culture, food, and stories of different countries, with a dream of one day going on an African safari. At home, she enjoys baking and spending quality time with her husband and son.
