Glenda Cardona is a licensed Physician Assistant with the New Mexico and Texas Medical Boards, specializing in allergy care since 2010. With a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes, she combines her clinical expertise with a personal passion for allergy and asthma management. Glenda serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Access Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and is a Clinical Research Sub-Investigator at Western Sky Research, where she works to advance care and treatment for allergy-related conditions.

First and foremost, Glenda is a devoted mother to her two children, who inspire her daily and drive her passion for helping others. Her dedication to family and community has shaped her compassionate, patient- centered approach to care.

Glenda’s passion for healthcare began early, working in a pediatric clinic while still an undergraduate student. Her connection to allergy and asthma care is deeply personal her mother suffered from these conditions for many years, enduring numerous ER visits before an allergist helped her to successfully manage them. This experience inspired Glenda to dedicate her career to helping patients achieve similar relief and improve their quality of life.

Glenda’s expertise includes managing food allergies, chronic urticaria, asthma, nasal allergies, sinusitis, and immunodeficiency. She is also an active member of Food Allergy Research and Education (FARE) and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), where she collaborates with fellow professionals to stay at the forefront of allergy care.

A sought-after speaker, Glenda has presented at health fairs, community events, and the University of Texas, where she lectured on food allergies. Passionate about whole-body wellness, she emphasizes exercise and a diet rich in unprocessed, organic foods to enhance overall health.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Glenda is dedicated to empowering her patients to achieve their best health, blending her clinical expertise with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
